Before your first visit to our san francisco office

• Please have your current medications and medical history available for our team to review with you.  You may forward medication lists and clinician's notes to info@landsenddentalsf.com or bring paper copies with you to the office if necessary.

• Our office policy is to have a full mouth series of x-rays for all adult patients on file. All new patients to the office will have a comprehensive dental examination with Dr. Mathai prior to getting any treatment done, including a teeth cleaning.

• If you've had x-rays taken with another dentist, please request they be sent to us at info@landsenddentalsf.com to keep in your record. 

• We will periodically take necessary x-rays based on the kind, quality, and frequency of any x-rays you have had, taking into account your unique dental needs.

• After your comprehensive examination, Dr. Mathai will create a dental treatment plan   including preventative and restorative dental recommendations to keep you healthy.  Our front office staff will also give you info about any costs and dental insurance estimates associated with these procedures, and help you schedule treatment.
